The year of the Griffin brought many new features to Hearthstone, but also a new rarity of cards. And if some were entitled to it from the launch, Ragnaros is added to the list of minions benefiting from a diamond card. The latter can be obtained by completing a simple achievement directly related to the collection.
How to unlock Diamond Ragnaros?
The new Ragnaros card rarity can be obtained very simply via an achievement. The latter simply consists of obtaining classic cards, and more precisely legendary ones. It is then necessary to open packs of classic cards in order to obtain and complete the 36 legendaries that make up this set. Once this achievement has been validated, the Diamond Card of Ragnaros is automatically assigned to the account. This is a retroactive reward, players who have already validated the achievement can already take advantage of the card.
This is the first card from a previous set to be entitled to its diamond version. More are expected to arrive over the coming weeks and months, and more are also planned for each new expansion.
