Passive skill and spells of Akshan

Passive: Cheap Shot
Akshan's third offensive attack or skill inflicts additional physical damage. If the target is a champion, Akshan also gets a shield.
After attacking, Akshan fires a second attack that deals reduced physical damage. This second shot can be canceled like any basic attack. If Akshan cancels this second shot, he gets bonus movement speed.
A: Vengerang
Akshan lances a boomerang which deals physical damage and reveals enemies hit. Its range increases each time it hits an enemy. Enemies can be hit once when the boomerang goes out and then a second time when it returns.
Z: Rider alone
Passive property : When enemy champions kill an Akshan ally, they become Scoundrels. When Akshan eliminates a Scoundrel, he gets additional gold, all allies killed by the Scoundrel reappear at their base and other enemies lose their Scoundrel status.
active property : Action to camouflage for a short time or indefinitely when near terrain features. During this time, Akshan can track the Scoundrels and gets a bonus movement speed and mana regen when moving towards them.
E: Heroic Soar
Akshan fires a grappling hook that crashes into the first piece of land touched. Once the grapple is planted, it can re-roll the skill to swing along the terrain in the direction aimed while inflicting physical damage to the nearest enemy. While he's swinging, he can re-roll the skill to jump in the direction of the cursor and perform a final shot.
Heroic Soar's cooldown resets when Akshan lands a kill on an enemy champion.

Akshan locks on an enemy champion and begins channeling his weapon to store bullets. At the end of the skill duration or after recasting the skill, Akshan fires all stored bullets. Each bullet inflicts Physical damage based on missing HP from the first minion, champion, or building hit.
Akshan can move freely and cast Heroic Soar while channeling or firing Well Deserved!.
Akshan, among the Sentinels of Light
As announced by Riot at the start of the season, all Champions releasing in 2021 will have a Viego tie. And will advance the story until the final confrontation with the fallen King. Akshan is therefore a Sentinel of Light, these beings whose destiny is to repel the advance of the black mist and save Runeterra.
Viego was a spoiled prince who considered a woman his property. Akshan was a street urchin literally beaten to death for rebelling in the face of injustice. By refusing to put aside his selfishness and terrible grief, Viego has killed thousands of people. Akshan trained to become a Sentinel of Light and defend those unable to do so.
