Tips and Tricks for Neeko Mid S10
To catch an enemy more easily, launch him a basic attack before your spells. Glacial Enhancement's slow should allow you to hit E – Spiny Spiral much more easily. Even more when you have the twin shadows.
AT - floral burst activates several times if the spell hits a champion or kills a unit. This way you can easily clean up a wave of minions by preparing your targets in advance.
When Neeko is disguised with her passive, she can channel R - Stunning flowering without revealing it to the enemies. The ultimate then becomes much easier to place throughout the opposing team.
If you want to go for a more damage-oriented version, you can try more offensive runes with Arcane Comet. But this is likely to be much less effective, given all the utility lost.
