After the Spirit Flower, the next event in League of Legends will be PsyOps. In a futuristic theme and mental powers, he will obviously have his wave of skins. This new wave of skins for Kayle, Pyke, Samira, Viktor, and Zed accompany previous skins released in patch 10.18.

These PsyoPs skins will be available for 1 RP. They will not be limited in time and therefore will patiently wait in the shop for you to buy them.
As usual, these new skins will come with their own set of Chromas. Wards icons, borders and skins will complete the whole set, much to the chagrin of collectors. A border and an exclusive chroma will be unlocked with the eponymous event.
When will the skins be available?
These PsyOps Kayle, Pyke, Samira, Viktor, and Zed skins are slated for patch 10.19 which will hit live servers on September 16th. It usually takes 1-3 days for Riot Games to make skins available.
For the lucky ones, it will also be possible to obtain these new outfits in Hextech chests, or by combining skin fragments.
