How to find the skulls, all locations - Halo Infinite

Skulls have always been an important part of Halo for hardcore players. And in Halo Infinite, this importance is renewed, with many additional bonuses. So you won't just collect them to challenge yourself and achieve achievements. Some of these improvements are very interesting, like the possibility of having unlimited ammunition.

In your game, you will also have to discover all the Forerunners archives. To find all Forerunner Artifacts, you can go here.

If you're having trouble finding a skull in Halo Infinite, take help from the sound it makes. Because each skull also has a melodic element.

All Skulls โ€“ Halo Infinite

To find the 12 skulls of Halo Infinite, we help you step by step. Some are more difficult to obtain than others. Our complete map of Halo Infinite may also be useful to you.

Be careful though! The first two skulls can only be obtained in the first missions, which are not replayable. So, if I want to start a new save from scratch, be careful to take them on your first attempt.

Boom Skull โ€“ Gbraakon Ship

Bonus: Doubles the explosion radius.

In your first mission on Halo Infinite with the Major, you will have the opportunity to find a first skull.

In the room with the removable platforms on the side, go right and climb on the middle platform. Then let yourself go up to get the Boom Skull.

Using the grappling hook if you can't do it without, climb onto the middle platform.
By letting yourself be carried to the top, you will eventually come across the Boom Skull.

Bell Skull โ€“ Second Mission

Bonus: Increases the acceleration of explosions.

Crossing the room just past the elevator with stealth holograms, you come to a hallway with a window. Once you have arrived in the room at the end of the corridor, use your grappling hook and climb onto one of the first two pillars.

By scanning the room, you will quickly discover the skull on a beam that passes above the window. All you have to do is go help yourself, still using the grappling hook (and a jump into the void).

It is relatively simple to climb on one of the first two pillars.
Access to the skull is a little more complicated, you will have to jump into the void to get closer.
Once on the beam, all you have to do is grab the skull.

Skull I could be your father โ€“ IWHBYD

Bonus: Rare combat dialogues become more frequent.

One of the easiest skulls to find in Halo Infinite. On the Tower of the first island, manage with the grappling hook to reach the top via the outside. Once at the top, all you have to do is grab the skull.

It's easier to get if your grappling hook is upgraded.

Start by climbing on the "feet" of the Tower. Use your grappling hook, then just run.
Once at the top, use your grappling hook to climb while circling around the Tower.
Take advantage of the momentum given by your previous grappling hook to grab hold of one of the "teeth" and climb over the platform.
Once you reach the top, the skull is right in the middle.

Blind Skull โ€“ Southwest of the map

Bonus: Makes the HUD and weapon disappear from the screen.

Head southwest into the cliffs. Using the western slope, climb to the top then drop down to the blue lights. Feel free to hide when the Outcast ship passes overhead. Continue to follow these light impacts until you reach the skull.

As usual, the grappling hook will be your best companion.

Head to the cliffs to the southwest of the map.
The skull is located between the two sides.
Choose to go through the western slope starting from the top, then descend towards the light.
Continue to track blue light impacts.
You'll eventually get to the bottom where the skull is.

Skull Catcher โ€“ North, behind the lake

Bonus: Enemies throw and drop more grenades.

Relatively easy to access, this skull will still force you to face dangerous enemies (including two Hunters). You can, however, collect it without killing them.

It is quite simply in a tree trunk cut in half.

The skull is in the very north of the island.
Go down to the area with caution, Hunters are waiting for you.
You can take the skull (right in the picture) without confronting them. If you are fast enough...

Fog Skull โ€“ North, on the cliff to the west

Bonus: Disables radar movements.

Go to the island further north, near the location of the first two missions. The skull is on the west side.

You'll need to be as talented as Spiderman to get it. Once in the area, go down then walk along the pillars until you come across the strange doll. Jump to the platforms in front of you, then go around them by climbing with the grappling hook to the right. Then turn around to bypass the pillars on the left with the grappling hook. Finally, go to the last platform to access the skull.

Two useful recommendations for this skull on Halo Infinite:

  • Increase your grapple to the maximum.
  • If the recommended path does not suit you, you can simply follow the traces of earth on the pillars. In the center of the platform after the doll, you can climb from the inside. All you have to do is follow the famous dirt tracks to the right.
The skull is to the north, in the cliffs to the west.
Descend to the area carefully along the coast.
When you see the strange doll, you are on the right path.
Start by going to the right by climbing with your grapple.
Once on the next platform, turn around and go along to the left with your grapple.
The skull is in an excavation at the top. Follow the tracks of the earth!

Famine Skull โ€“ Fourth Island, Southeast

Bonus: Weapons dropped by enemies only have half their ammo.

Head southeast for the Famine Skull! It will be easily accessible if you are using a Banshee or Wasp. But you can also pick it up with your trusty grappling hook.

Go to the island above. Go around, then just climb the pillars with your grappling hook.

The skull is on an island to the southeast.
A Banshee or a Wasp will help you, but you can also access the island and then walk around it.
Once there, climb the pillars.
The skull sits on the edge, along with the body.

Black Eye Skull โ€“ Fourth Island

Bonus: Your shields only recharge when you fight enemies.

The skull is on the fourth island, behind a waterfall. A classic location but still effective. Unlike most skulls in Halo Infinite, this one is easy to get. At least, if you know where to hang your grappling hook.

The platform is relatively visible from the outside. Jump, grapple with your grappling hook and once on the platform, crouch down to enter.

On the fourth island, head for the waterfall.
Relatively visible, the platform to which you will attach your grappling hook may require a jump.
Crouch and enter.
The skull is waiting for you wisely.

Storm Skull โ€“ Northeast

Bonus: Raises the level of most enemies.

Easy to get to if you're a grappling fanatic (or with a Banshee or Wasp), this skull sits atop a pillar to the northeast, just below the air cannons.

You will need to spam the grappling hook to have a chance of reaching the top. Or know how to aim when jumping from your Banshee/Wasp!

Under the anti-aircraft guns, the skull wisely awaits you.
The easiest way to access the pillar identified in the image is to go there in Banshee or Wasp.
Spam the grappling hook up the pillar to reach the top where the skull is.

Mythical Skull โ€“ Spire of Command โ€“ Eleventh Mission

Bonus: Increases the number of hit points of enemies.

On your eleventh mission, you will find yourself in the Spire of Command. When you find yourself in the room with the flying metal cylinders, you will approach the skull. Start by killing all the enemies. Then, climb on the metal tubes in the second room where they turn 90ยฐ before to climb. And all this with the grappling hook! Then climb onto the platform in the dark. Another even higher platform leads you to a blue corridor. Which itself leads to the room containing the skull.

Skull The Feast of the Grognards โ€“ Halle โ€“ Twelfth mission

Bonus: Headshots on Grunts generate confetti and cheers.

Probably the most difficult skull to obtain of all the skulls in Halo Infinite.

Halfway through the mission, when you reach the room that triggers a cutscene, start by taking out the enemies. You will see two inaccessible doors, left and right.

On the right side from where you enter, use your grappling hook to reach the area, pick up the energy core and head to the other room. Place it in the appropriate support.

Continue the mission as usual, until you reach a room with a large symmetrical feature and Sentinels spawning on both sides. Clear the room and go to the window above the item. The skull is guarded by four Elites armed with energy swords. Kill them and get the skull.

Skull Bandana - Silent Auditorium - Fifteenth Mission

Bonus: Unlimited ammo and grenades, instant reloads.

To get this skull, you must absolutely avoid killing the sentries. If you kill a Sentinel, you won't be able to get it. So try to avoid them conscientiously.

If you don't kill any, in the elevator room, cross the bright double-deck and enter the room containing the skull. It will only be opened if you have met the previous condition.
