Hogwarts holds many secrets within it, offering great rewards to those able to uncover them. In Hogwarts Legacy, chests with an eye lie around a few corridors. Much too suspicious to be approached, you have to find a way to approach them without risk. And for that, nothing better than a little magic to disappear and take their content without being noticed.
As always, such a guide contains many spoilers. If we have limited them to the maximum, the names of the quests and certain objectives are detailed there.
How to open chests with one eye?
Before you can consider approaching these chests, you will have to progress in the main quest to unlock a spell. Disillusion, allowing its user to become invisible, is only obtained during a specific quest. The latter is called The Secrets of the Library Reserve and asks you to get in there with this spell. Once the quest is complete, you can use this magic whenever you want.
But are these chests worth it, do they contain extraordinary loot? Yes and no. They are very useful at the start of the game since they allow you to obtain 500 gold coins. Once too advanced in the game, this meager reward may not be enough.
