Many secrets are hidden in the levels of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue. And completing them notably allows you to unlock access to a secret end cutscene. You must complete the game in its entirety to achieve this objective. Some spoilers are present in the solutions.
How to unlock the secret ending?
There is only one secret cutscene to unlock at the end of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue. There is, however, a secret message to be found in the game's credits and which can be read again later in the Report. Be careful though, the secret ending cannot be obtained from Theater mode, so you must meet the various prerequisites before ending the game. The greater the difficulty of the game, the more lenient the game and leaves you a margin maneuver to unlock the ending.
The condition to never change concerns a series of questions that must be answered without making mistakes. Only one attempt is possible, so be sure of the validated answer. Once the end boss is defeated, you are brought past Roxas, Ventis, and Xion on the Isles of Destiny. Each of them then asks you a question.

Once the above conditions are met, all you have to do is witness the secret scene. The other secondary objectives are not necessary to obtain this ending. But the secret message can finally be recovered. The latter is hidden among the game credits and the names of the members of the production team. All you have to do is click on the golden letters to unhook them and form the message in the Report. By rerolling the credits in the Theater mode it is possible to recover them for later.
