Many secrets are hidden in the levels of Kingdom Hearts III and its DLC. And completing them notably allows you to unlock access to a secret end cutscene. You must complete the game in its entirety to achieve this objective. Some spoilers are present in the solutions.
How to unlock the secret ending?
There is only one secret cutscene to unlock at the end of Kingdom Hearts III and Re Mind. In this opus, the conditions to unlock this scene are very slim. They only concern the collection of Lucky Emblems, and the higher the difficulty, the more lenient the game is for its reward. Attending the secret cinematic is therefore not very complicated.

Once the above conditions are met, the secret scene will be launched after the Epilogue at the end of the game. The other secondary objectives are not necessary to obtain this ending. It can be viewed later in the Theater menu.
